The majority of our egg donor programmes (representing more than 80% of our processes), are at a fixed price with no unforeseeable surprises in our STANDARD PLUS and PREMIUM programmes. This way, if, unfortunately, multiple IVFs or multiple transfers are required, you don't have to pay extra. The clinic bears these costs. This modality has been criticised a lot, especially by agencies that only offer programmes in the USA, where they lack unlimited packages, and charge you for breathing. Our aim is that you know at all times in which financial commitment you are involved, and that you do not have any unpleasant surprises, which nobody warned you about.

We will advise you about ALL the countries where surrogacy is possible, and also (even if we don't like it and in some cases we openly advise against it) about the countries where pseudo-surrogacy is practiced. These are countries that have no law, but where it has become ‘fashionable’ to offer the possibility to parents to do there, something that looks like surrogacy, but is not. We are a law firm in Spain, belonging to the American group INVEST MEDICAL, with our own subsidiaries in 9 countries, and our own assisted reproduction clinic. A law firm of recognised prestige, with all our details publicly visible. Many of the agencies do not indicate on their websites which companies are behind them, nor do they even comply with the Law on Information Services (LSSICE) or the European Data Protection Regulation, which obliges them to publish their tax identification number, commercial register, address and telephone numbers on their websites. It seems as if this information is secret and they do not want people to know who is behind it. Some of them don't even have an office, and receive parents in the lobby of a centrally located hotel. Be wary of anyone who hides so that you don't know who they really are.

We are not a simple surrogacy ‘agency’. To begin with, the legal concept of ‘agency’ does not exist and is not recognised in our legal system, so unlike a law firm that has legal obligations, civil liability insurance, etc., agencies do not offer any guarantee whatsoever. For Gestlife, the wellbeing of the gestational carrier is the number one priority, even more so than the commissioning parents. Without the gestational carrier, you would not have your baby. Gestlife makes sure that the Gestante lives in optimal conditions, is covered by medical insurance, develops recreational activities during her stay with us. We even provide schooling for the children of the pregnant women when they accompany their mothers on a trip. 13. PHYSICAL ACCOMPANIMENT DURING TRAVEL
Our company employees (not external collaborators such as translators, taxi drivers, etc. ....) will pick you up at the airport (always in your language) and take you to the hotel or flat where you will be staying (depending on the country and programme you have chosen). During the days you are in the country, they will accompany you to all the steps to be taken to complete the process. This person speaks your language and the language of the country. 14. ACCOMPANIMENT OF A LAWYER TO THE CONSULATE

During your trips, the company will manage the different travel assistance policies that you have, and you don't remember that you have. For example, in your car insurance you have assistance abroad covered. The same applies if you have a mutual insurance (SANITAS, ADESLAS, DKV etc.), or credit cards. Some of the GestLife staff come from travel assistance companies, specialised in solving serious problems 24 hours a day, anywhere in the world. If you should have any mishap during your stay, we will take care of all the necessary arrangements with the assistance insurance, thus guaranteeing your well-being.
24. GUARANTEE OF RESTART IN CASE OF DEATH OF THE BABY
Unfortunately, after the 7th month, all agencies consider that if the baby is born prematurely and dies, the programme has been fulfilled and you are left without a child and without money. GestLife is the only company in the WORLD that covers you for this terrible contingency, guaranteeing you the restart of the same programme you had contracted, up to two years after the birth, in the event of the death of the baby for any reason or cause (including domestic or traffic accidents). Therefore, the best way is to know this information directly from the pregnant woman herself, who will keep us informed about her evolution, state of mind, incidents, etc. through a mobile application, information that will be checked by our supervisors as we do on a regular and independent basis. She also receives a confidential questionnaire every two months, which is only read by the management, in which she is asked about the treatment received by all the staff.
38. COMPENSATION TO THE PREGNANT WOMAN OR DONOR IN CASE OF DEATH OR LOSS OF ORGANS
The standard plus and Premium programmes cover possible compensation (10,000 euros) for the family of the pregnant woman or the donor in the event of their death, or for themselves in the event of organ loss (loss of the uterus in childbirth, damage to the ovaries in the ovarian puncture, etc.). The rest of the ‘agencies’ do not cover these possible contingencies, they do not inform you about the existence of these risks, until they happen and you have to pay.

Gestlife allows you to pay for its programmes in 5-7 instalments, but also suggests bank financing lines, with the presentation of a proforma invoice, so that you can pay for the programme in easy monthly instalments with your bank or other financial institutions.

45. WE FIRMLY BELIEVE IN THE RIGHT OF EVERY PERSON TO BE A PARENT
That is why we have programmes for all types of families: heterosexual couples, married or not, single men and women, homosexual couples (of both sexes), transgender people, people with HIV or hepatitis .... Unfortunately, there is a risk that, for some reason, the baby does not reach full term, even after the 30th week of pregnancy.
