What types of collaboration exist?

Prescriber

- The prescriber is the simplest form of collaboration that can be established with GESTLIFE.

- The Prescriber is a professional who recommends the company to someone who is in his or her field.

- The prescriber can be a gynecologist, a doctor, a lawyer, a clinic, or any other professional who in one way or another has a relationship with parents who wish to become parents through the surrogacy technique.

- The prescriber only puts the parties in contact with each other, and the company takes care of the counselling process for the commissioning parents.

- The prescriber receives compensation for each process initiated.

External partner

The external collaborator, unlike the prescriber, advises the parents-to-be directly and does not advertise.
They do not have an area of exclusivity.
Therefore, its special characteristics are:

- It is not only dedicated to advising on our programs.
(It can offer other solutions from other companies).

- He does not invest in advertising our programs in order to make himself known.

- He does all the consultancy himself, providing the processes to Gestlife.

- It does not have a geographical area of exclusivity.

Official collaborator

The official collaborator advises future parents exclusively, with a geographical area of exclusivity by means of advertising, at their own expense, but always under their own brand.
It is an intermediary that offers our services, and provides us with couples who wish to go through the process, but always under their own brand. He has to spend money on advertising to make himself known, otherwise he would be the figure of an "external collaborator".
Therefore, its special characteristics are:

- It offers our destinations exclusively (it does not offer the same destinations under other brands).
- He advertises our programs.
- He does all the advice himself, providing parents who wish to initiate the process.
- It has a geographical area of exclusivity.
- Must carry out a minimum number of processes per year stipulated in the contract.

Franchisee (1 city, province or region)

The franchisee opens a Gestlife office, with a specific geographical area, in a city, province or region as contractually agreed with Gestlife. The franchisee may subsequently become dependent on a Master franchisee, if the Master franchisee did not yet exist when he set up his franchise.
The franchisee is characterized by:

- He has an exclusive area
- He has to spend money on advertising every month
- Must open an office with the image of the company, according to the contract.
- Must offer exclusively our programs, or those that our company agrees with third parties.
- May depend on a master franchisee.
- Must carry out a minimum number of processes each year, given that it has exclusivity.
- Must follow the sales rules set by the company.

Master franchise (1 country)

The MASTER FRANCHISEE has the exclusive representation of Gestlife in a whole country, where he must develop, with the help of the head office, the recruitment of parents who wish to start a process, directly and also from franchises in other important cities, franchises that will be subordinated to the Master.
In addition to the fees for the recruitment of new processes, he will receive 40% of the entry fee of the franchisees that he obtains in his country, of the amount paid by the franchisee.
It will also receive 10% of its franchisees' commissions (without affecting the franchisees' commissions).
The characteristics of a Master franchise are:

- It must have an office, according to the decoration established by the company.
- It must fulfil a minimum of annual processes according to the contract.
- It must attract a minimum number of franchisees in its country, according to the contract.
- He must advertise at his own expense both for the recruitment of franchisees and for the recruitment of parents who wish to initiate a process.
- He must formalize directly and in its entirety the consultancy phase up to the signing of the contract with the company.
- He has a geographical exclusivity of an entire country.
- He must offer exclusively our programs, or those that our company agrees with third parties.
- You must follow the consultancy rules set by the company.
- You receive commissions from your franchisees' programs.
